Hyper in hot weather

It's a strange one this as many of us have trouble keeping our levels up in hot weather and need to reduce our insulin needs, all I can suggest is you increase your insulin doses and check that your insulin hasn't deteriorated in the heat, if in doubt just change the cartridges.

Yes, I did think it odd! I am very insulin sensitive but have learned how to regulate T1 and removal of most of my Pancreas and subsequent Pancreatic dysfunction. I suppose I am just odd.
