Hypers and Hypo Symptoms

Recently when I have a hypos I get a few symptoms of hypers eg: feeling very tired , thirst and frequent use of urination
Can anyone relate ? Or know why it's happening ?

Should I be worried ?

I think this is quite common. I too get incredibly thirsty and I sometimes have to test just because I don't know if I'm high or low. I guess if you drink more you need the toilet more as well so it's not surprising. Fatigue is a symptom of being hypo - I often walk around yawning one after the other and it's one of my main warning signs.

This is nothing to worry about - it's perfectly normal. I don't know how long you have been diabetic but you'll find your hypo warnings will evolve over time too and you'll get to know what your main warning signs are.
 
im the same when my sugar drops say to 5.0 i sort of get a warning that im heading for an hypo, very tied, shivery hands tend to drop things im type 1 novorapid & Lantus
