topical one this...

"The study results support findings from a US meta-analysis, which revealed hospital admissions for cardiovascular events were considerably lower for patients treated with STRs compared with those who received individual component therapy.

"In the UK, nearly 2 million people are prescribed with three or more treatments for their hypertension. However, 50 to 80% of these fail to adhere to the regimen their doctor prescribed, with the result that a percentage of these individuals may still suffer from uncontrolled hypertension."

This often puzzles me... I doubt I have missed a day in over a year... maybe I am weird... 8)

Not weird just sensible mate, it makes sense that one tablet is easier to take than multiple ones.

another one in the same vein...

Since January of 2009, more than sixty electronic blood pressure monitors for patient or home use have received marketing approval from the U.S. FDA. These products feature upper arm or wrist cuff models which inflate and deflate the cuff automatically. Most models monitor pulse rate and a number of these also sense and alert the user when an irregular heartbeat is detected.

It's my second Omron monitor and it's very reliable and easy to use.

I've just had one of my BP meds dropped, because my BP was too low
