I am currently managing both T2 and an overactive thyroid. My dilemma is that i need to maintain my weight (Im currently at the right weight following months if carbimazole and significant weight loss) but also manage BS down a couple more points (currently im running a daily average of 7.8 -8).
So, any one any ideas on diet that will maintain or even increase weight but also reduce BS?

My guess would be a low carb diet to tackle the T2, but NOT combined with intermittent fasting. Eat 3 meals a day, three snacks a day, all of them low carb, but high in fat and protein.
