Hello, my mother in law is type 1 diabetic. She has frequent hypoglycemic attacks. We are thinking about the possibility of getting an hypo alter dog as she lives on her own. i was wondering if anyone knows how we would go about applying for a dog or would know the process to go through to see about getting a dog.
