hypo and exercise

i ask you what is the point, i'm sick to death of this, why is it ever time i do exercise i have a hypo
it gets me down. I'm tring to loss weight and getting no where. :x Doesn't any one just want to be able to get on with there life and not have to deal hypos and whether youv'e eaten enough or to much for that matter, right now i could cry.

You must be one of those people who burn off blood sugar easily. It has been shown that exercise alone doesn't make you lose weight. You need to change your diet for that.Many of us have found that reducing our carb intake and if necessary reducing our medication to match does the trick. Are you taking insulin? It's insulin which is the fat storage hormone. If you use too much and then have to counteract a hypo, you will just put on more fat. You need to reduce the insulin and you really can't do that without reducing your carbs.
