Hypo hangover

Hi guys

Do any of you still feel the effects of a hypo the day after? I generally dont if its a mild hypo but when its severe (3.4-2.0) I feel achey the next day and absolutely shattered! Anyone else experience this or am I being a baby? Lol x

Yes - absolutely shattered, unable to move limbs etc if a bad night one. If it happens in the day and I go low enough I can feel rotten for about an hour after. However, going high makes me feel much worse than this. Also most of the time if I really have to, I will overcome these feelings and get on with what needs doing.
