hypo how ??

yobs +litter/.Loud music on t.v. when actors speaking
I used get headach hot and sweaty
when have hypo below 4
now I get kind whistle back of head ??
do anyone else get this please ??

Whilst I sympathise with you, although I regularly go well under 4, I can honestly say I have never had a hypo.

I hope you feel better soon.
