Hypo Hyper Tired

Type 1 still adjusting injections and struggling a bit but if I do run at low levels, borderline Hypo when I'm busy or exercising I can end up uber tired. Not "fancy a nap" tired but "can't think must close eyes" tired which can last 2 or 3 days before I'm back to what I laughingly call normal.
Anybody got similar experiences.

Yes...I think sometimes this is your body readjusting to lower blood sugars? Although, if I run at the levels of about 4, i do feel more tired. Wondered if it was becasue my meter isn't always that accurate,, and if it is 10% out...then I really could be 3.6, and actually I am hypo. My Drs response to this, was, aim for 5...which I now do, but haven't managed to be able to get that accurate! Aiming for 5 can result in anything between 4 and 6...although going ioon teh pump has helped loads!

It sounds like this tiredness is affecting your life, so it may be worth trying to be a bit higher...although not too high?

Welcome to the tight rope my friend :)
