Hello,
I was only diagnosed insulin dependant 2 weeks ago. So far I have had 3 hypos but the weird thing is that my blood sugars have been around 4.8 each time.
I thought this is what I am aiming for? They were definitely Hypos - I was shaking, nauseous with a cold sweat and dizzy.

They're known as false hypos. As your glucose levels normalise your body has to acclimatise. Whilst it does this, normal levels feel low.

Ive always been told to aim for a blood glucose reading of between 6.0-7.0 by my DN 4.8 is a bit too low as you will be acceptable to hypos

Ahhhh my bad I'm type 1 i didn't realise your a type 3c so I'm unsure what ranges your blood glucose levels should be
