Hi everyone.
I've been having diabetes already 11years now, the first 4 years I was only on pills medication, then things get worse and I was recommended to start insulin injection before meal and another type before bed. It was hard at the beginning but then I found the balance of how to maintain my blood glucose at the good level, between 4 and 7.9mml/g
But since 2 weeks now, I'm experiencing low blood glucose every so often, even though I didn't make any change in my alimentary on, nor in the insulin was dosage. After one week, I decided to cut off the dosage of insulin but keep the same portion of meal, still my glucose would drop to 2 or 1.5mml/g 4h after eating. Yesterday night before going to bed, I checked my glucose and it was at 5mml/g, I told myself it will drop lower than that, so to not experience hypoglycemia, I better eat some thing that will raise up my glucose, I eat a good quantity of bread, and drunk some sweet juice. 2h later I checked my glucose and it was at 12.05mml/g.
At wake up this morning, I check my glucose and it was at 5mml/g. I do not understand how comes and my glucose can drop that much without insulin intake, and this is not only during the night but also during the day time since 2 weeks now, I experience a lot of low blood sugar.
I'm planing to go see my Dr this week when I go back to my city as I'm away at the moment. But mail while, does anyone knows what could be causing my blood sugar to drop like that without any insulin intake, without any physical activities? I'm suspecting some hormones disorder but I'm not certain about anything at this point.

It seems like no one here have a clue or never experience this diabetes condition that I'm experiencing.
Still my blood glucose is dropping on its own till now, this morning around 8:30 I eat some vegetables with the same dose of insulin I use to inject, at 12pm when I checked I was at 3mml/g usually I'm supposed to be around 7 or 8mml/g
And while at 3mml/g I use to feel panic and dizziness, I didn't feel anything like that, I checked it because it was 12pm and I wanted to know. Ofcourse I immediately drunk some sugar juice to raise it up to 7mml/g i didn't eat, didn't make any injection, 2h later when I checked I was at 10.9mml/g I decided to not make any insulin, in case it will drop again on it's own, the I will know how many mml/g I lose per hour with low physical activities. At 6pm when I checked I was at 4.7mml/g. And until now, I'm not sure what could be causing my blood glucose to drop on it's own. I start wondering if it's possible that the pancreas start working after many years of zero activity?
My appointment with my doctor is tomorrow 7pm as I'm busy all the day, i will post back whatever he will say or suggest.
