Greetings , i hope everyone is doing fine ,
I wanted to ask you guys about the hypos at night sleep , i talk on behalf of my woman who has type 1 diabetes , her problem is that she rarely sleeps well at night , which leads to lack of sleep and tiredness and ketones raising (the biggest risk) , before she goes to bed at night she eats for the sugar if its low , waits for it to raise then injects insulin then to bed , then she wakes up at night cuz of the sugar distabilizing m she gets hypos almost every night , she is sleep deprived and it worries me , she says am okey but i know her body is taking a load of pressure , can you help me with your experiences , maybe they can be of a help .
I appreciate your replies
