hello i have been tested for diebetes had all tests all negative,have vertibral disc degeneration nerve problems in legs pain in feet,upper body complaints neck spasms numb fingers fingers. diagnosed having fibromialgia .also have disabling hypos with all vairious diebetic sympoms which leave me in a state ;ie have to eat then lay down if can or at least rest till weakness passes which take 45 minutes then takes time to recover as not been diagnosed diabetic. how to help myself in any way apretiated :

So sorry you're suffering all these ailments. Not sure how we can help though; your problems are not diabetes related and as you say, you don't have diabetes.
You mentioned "disabling hypos" ; are you checking your blood sugar? Low blood sugar is not a symptom of undiagnosed diabetes, but can be caused by other illnesses such as Addisons. You need to go back to your doctor and get it checked out.
