i am developing cuts on my foreskin

Type 2 diabetic for 6yrs ,recently i developed cuts on my foreskin & skin is tight

Type 2 diabetic for 6yrs, recently developed cuts on my foreskin and skin around the penis is getting tighter ,previously i used an ANTIBOITIC OINTMENT (SUPIROBAN)
the cuts were healed by they keep on coming back ,could this be diabetic related & if so any suggestions.?
 
I don't think that has anything to do with diabetes. Excess sugar in the urine can cause thrush which I had but that is very different from your symptoms and is treated by BS reduction and something like Canesten cream. You need to see the GP for investigation.

I presume that your blood sugars are reasonable and that you are not "overactive" sexually and that the problem is not related to Viagra or similar drugs. Has your Doctor advised you about circumcision?
 
I had this a few years ago...it was Balanitis , Tried different creams but still came back . Eventually had to have circumcision which cured it so now all good .

Foreskin is too tight and splits skin, as Tommy says above, circumcision is the only way and after healing, it’s amazing feeling, no more discomfort….

How did the healing go? I've been thinking about getting it done too, but as long as I keep my sugars under control I don't get any problems so I'm not sure it's worth it in my particular case.
 
A week or two, I had to wear like a ceramic ring which seals the skin while it heals and you have to take tablets to stop you from getting an erection while you have the ring on, woke up one time with a slight erection and soon jumped in cold shower haha… I had mine done about 8 years ago so tec maybe slightly different now, but it’s definitely worth it, everything about it is 100% better.
 
I think that you can also have your foreskin stretched, but no personal experience.
 
This past was a while ago but did you ever get to the bottom of this ? Type 2 diabetic for 2 years and started to get this
