I started off on 0.25 mg moved to 0.5mg and up to full 1mg dose once a week at end December 2020. The full dose certainly left me feeling a bit nauseous at times. It gave me a lot of indigestion and even made me quite violently sick occasionally. However my body did even learn to tolerate it. On the upside, I have lost 48.5Kg (from 20stone 13 down to 13 stone 5). My HbA1C has fallen though not as dramatically as I would like. Initially it fell from 78 down to 42 but it has gradually crept back up to around 60. I am currently considering coming off ozempic and going onto a basal/bolus insulin regime.</p></blockquote><p></p>
