Picked the first pear of the season yesterday, thought I'll have that with my lunch. Opened the wallet to check bloods before I ate it and......I hadn't closed the tub properly and it's been open for a couple of days. Absolutely rubbish, they are measuring 8 and above. So no pear for me until I get some new strips. At least as it's that fresh it will last longer. What a prat I am.
 
Easy mistake to make Carol, hope you enjoy the pear when you eventually get round to eating it and its kind to your bg levels :)
 
O mate, that is one mistake I have also done a few times .. So your not stupid or a prat .. because if you are then I am ... and the wife just says I am clumsy :)
