I said i'd let folks know the result of my bus lane infringement.
I heard today that my case has been upheld by the Traffic Penalty Tribunal.
In essence the adjudicator agrees that the complex situation outside Reading station isn't well enough marked for the council ( whose enforcers are in Worthing) to be able to administer fines legally. I and my co-appellants were described as "law abiding motorists".
Thats 2 wins recently. I also got my TV fixed when out of warranty, on the grounds of "Merchantable Quality" and the liability being with the retailer.
Now will it be test strips, or diabetic diet OR the Lottery to make it 3?????
