Apologies in advance Patch but I am so glad you started this thread. otherwise I would never have known what hppened to your earlier thread as I have been out all day.

In my case I often assume its my retinopathy "playing up" when things disappear and I spend hours searching because my eyes do play tricks on me.
A little like that warning in very thin red letters about someone else having posted and that I might wish to review my post etc. Well sometimes I can see this notice and sometimes I can't. I spend a lot of time wondering what happened to my innocuous {in my opinion} posts which seem to have been deleted!

Now sorry again. You will have to reply in order to achieve one of your objectives!

Can't see why Patch would be creating upset. Just some fun. Doubt if I'll stop him being the last post though - wont stay up that late. Can't even play the bugle.
