I have been hitting the treadmill ar the gym twice a day and i ....absolutely hate it !
Im 160kg and its painful ,im breathless ,im sweating profusely and i put it on incline a force myself for 15 minutes
I thought after a week its not doing me any good BUT today i couldnt hail a taxi to take me home from shopping ,they were all full on this Thursday evening so i ....walked the 30 minutes to my house ...and you know what...I actually even though im 160kg ,I actually walked faster than people half my weight and i felt stronger and fitter
I felt i had more energy as i nearly knocked people out of the way and i felt proud of myself
So keep up the hard exercise!!! Even if feel its not doing any good keep persevering , At least you enjoy yours
