Hi Folks,
The past couple of months i have found it impossible to get my BG below 10 & it is usually up to 13.
If anything I have been eating less and certainly no cakes or other goodies.
I am on a low carb regime but it seems to make no difference at all.
On waking my BG is between 11 & 13, then breakfast on bacon & mushrooms. 2 Sainsbury's Cappucinos thro' the morning & test again at 1230 when BG will be the same as before.
This follows on thro' out the day.
Am I doomed??
