I'd never considered that actually. We do have a 24/7 helpline for Medtronic. It may be worth a go actually.I live in the States so I don't know if it the same there as it is here, but can you call the pump manufacturer and see if they can trouble shoot to make sure nothing is wrong with the pump?
I've been through 3 different batches since this started. Started a new one on Thursday last after picking it up from the pharmacy. You say you changed insulin, but was it a new batch straight from the pharmacy or something that was sitting in the fridge for a while?
Give the rep a call and explain what you have tried.I've been through 3 different batches since this started. Started a new one on Thursday last after picking it up from the pharmacy.
Ok, thank you. It's just really weird that my basal is obviously working but any of my bolus injections are doing nothing.Give the rep a call and explain what you have tried.
Pump users have just one insulin type with different rates for basal and bolus.Have you spoken to the pharmacist about your problems?
To have one insulin working as expected and another one not at all is concerning, and not logical - as is it being different batches - perhaps if you can get your prescriber and dispenser to contact eachother one of the might have some suggestion?
I've never done a basal test so no actually@indyjholtzmann have you done a basal test recently? Could be your basal patterns need a tweek??
I've never done a basal test so no actually
