I got my HbA1c...

The term "big boned" lol repeatedly told this growing up!
Well I got my new sparkly :D HbA1c result today and I am chuffed - for me anyway its a start in the right direction. It was 68 mmol/mol.
Ideally I have been advised for it to be 48mmol but I am hoping that this will be achievable seeing as how blooming well I have done in the last 3 months ;) Onwards and upwards eh :playful:
My cholesterol was 6.6 mmol/L and is now 5.9 mmol/L

Well done. It is always good to see results for your efforts. keep going and hopefully the next one will be right where you want its to be. It is great to be able to say that you achieved something this important to your health.
