If you can keep your BS within the normal range and still eat carbs then no reason why you shouldn't. Unfortunately your own BS levels are not yet within the normal range, so I would say you probably need to reduce your 200g carbs per day by a little. Although your average BG is showing as 6.6mmol, each of your readings is simply a snapshot taken at a single moment in time. There will be other times when it must drop lower than the average, and times when it will be well above that average. As 6.6 is only just below the danger level, that means your peaks are probably well above the danger level, so you would benefit long-term by trying to get your average down to below 6.
