I have problems to shot 4 times daily. Can I shot 2 times?

I'm 24 yrs old with T1 diabetes.
Last month I used humalin70/30 but occured low BS at late morning and hi BS in the afternoon.
This month I shot humalog and lantus but I don't want to shot 4 times daily.
Can I use Humalin70/30 or Humalog70/30 with snack at late morning and low carb at lunch ?

The short answer is yes, you can.
However, the downside is that the insulin you inject will continue to lower your blood sugars long after your meals. People often report having to 'feed the insulin' on this sort of regime in order to avoid hypos. To my mind, that's a much greater restriction than a couple of extra insulin shots a day on a basal bolus regime. Basal / bolus allows you to tailor your insulin to your meals which makes stable blood sugar levels easier to achieve.
Whatever suits your lifestyle best is clearly the best choice for you.
