I just fell changing a light bulb in my bathroom. I hurt myself I have a headache and I'm shaking I'll be okay the form is a little hard to post I don't know if I did it right if other people will see this I hope they do okay I'm just sitting here resting drinking some water.

Have you done a blood test regarding the shaking ? Have you a blood glucose monitor ?

Did you lose conciousness or vomit? If so, then you will need a CT scan in order to rule out traumatic injury to your head. If not, then the adrenaline released will make you feel unwell for a few hours. Ingest sugary stuff to help rebalance.

I'm okay now. When I fell I was hurt but not that bad to get to the emergency seems like nothing wrong but I left my doctor know on Monday I'm lucky I did not hit the bathtub but I will be when I found my sugar was around $300 but since then it's going down back to normal but I will get it checked I promise I use the Dexcom so I'm okay now 208 two motrins after I fell but I'm okay
