I'm lazy and tired, and want a non-invasive glucose meter now!

No but seriously, I would really appreciate something accurate and convenient, like a wrist-watch. It would be of so much help.

But they will be coming soon I hope!

Problem is the fitbits, Apple, Samsung buying out the patents and start ups.

It will be rolled out but accuracy will remain elusive. If Abbot and Dexcom knew it was coming and was accurate enough for loop systems then why would they still invest millions in future development.

My other fear is that they make it a subscription service know many are forking out 100 quid a month anyway.

There should be plenty of diabetics willing to invest a small sum of money say less than a $1000.00 to fund something like this.

Unfortunately it gets down to apathy, and the general reluctance to spend money for health, so it will not happen in the UK where the reliance on the NHS giving people handouts will put this in it's grave before it starts.

So you will have to wait for one the big boys to come out with the goods.
