Hello every one im 42 years old litlle bit over wight today i have recive my blood test result
hm A1C was 73 and fasting glucuse test was 7.8 i know its bad but i need to know if i need special medical tretment or just diet and losing wight? and ulso if the kito diet can work with me

Welcome to the forum.

If you take a change in diet seriously, get yourself a meter, you should lose weight and reduce your A1c considerably. Haave a look at the link in my signature. We can help with meters.
