I had a lot of pod fails for 6 weeks but since I was advised by another podder, to pinch the area up, but push down on the clear cannula end when inserting cannula it's really good. It works for me anyway but might not for others. Like not having tube and good PDM. customer service is also good. Also Dexcom cust service is superb. Top marks to both.
