Type 2 I start my new job monday

Hiya I got made redundant new years eve but I start my new job monday. Normally my blood sugar level is good between 4.7 and 8 in the last week it's been all over the place. Do you think it's because of nerves?? I do work myself up about things

Thank you. I'm trying to calm myself down but think I was born to worry lol. Was in my last job for 13 years and not keen on change. But thank you for what you said
