Well I suppose it's my fault, for joining this forum. To find out you can't delete a thread you started.

You stopped in the middle of exercise. Your liver should/would have sorted your out - you just took it by surprise with the carbs and the exercise. So yes you drove your bloods low. I do it on purpose but it doesnt really last that long for me any longer and only about to the level you went to and no lower. I find my arms go cold and then all of a sudden my arms and hands go nice and warm. The more you do it the more your body gets used to it and the earlier it reacts and you do not tend to go quite as low.

edit: wow what a garbled paragraph - hope you make sense of it

Could be.
Are you anywhere near menopause?

Oddly enough, I've just posted (5 mins ago) on a menopause thread. So I couldn't help but ask...

How did you feel after? My version of type 2 hypos always leave me feeling floppy, achy and weepy. But not everyone gets those.

Is it usually after your BG has been higher, and drops quickly?

I'm being nosy, I know. Apologies if you find it intrusive.

I always find that the best thing for me is to just keep pushing through it and your body reacts quicker than stopping. However, I did used to like to see just how low I could get it
