I don't want to be put on insulin and that is my fear if i don't sort this
I am a Carb addict!!!!! There I've said it.
I do Very low carb, its the only way for me. I make my own ice cream, bounty bars, rocky road, peanut butter brownies, bread etc. Its the only way I can stay on the wagon. I gave in a while back to a piece of chocolate cake...shop bought....it was the beginning of a downward spiral I just couldn't stop!!! But a couple of weeks later I just sat down and said to myself 'No More' Out went the remaining biscuits and **** that I shouldn't have bought in the first place, I gave them away. Then I stocked up on ingrediants and got cooking and freezing. I find it easier to stay on track if I have a nibble handy. I love sainsburys sugarfree marshmallows.
Oh and just to say after a couple of days struggling with the craving withdrawals it gets so much easier.
