iBG Star Meter

I wonder if anyone uses this meter and can advise? I have the iBG Star which I can plug into my iPhone and upload all readings to it etc. I find it so useful as can enter carbs, insulin, exercise etc and hand this to the diabetes care team when I go. Problem is I now had an iPhone 5 (got this without thinking!) and now cannot connect the meter to the phone because of the new connector! Has anyone got any idea if there is a connector available for this? I have nagged and nagged my care team but had no joy so far.

I got the Apple Lightning to 30-pin Adapter after upgrading my phone.

It's a bit clunky and costs £25 :shock: but it works with the iBG Star.

I have the cheapie adaptor which does not work so am having to pay more money to apple so that my iBGStar will work with my 5.
