IBS SYMPTOMS??

Hi i have ibs and it is flaring up alot the past few days and i dont know why! :( is nausea a symptom as i have just had a attack or whatever you call it and i feel so sick and have just had to go to the toilet! Blood's are fine it is 8! And i have had plenty of water :( i hate this!:(

IBS can give a range of symptoms and nausea is certainly one of them.
