I am a diet contolled diabetic / pre diabetic I was mid 6s during the day.  This all started when I became an omad on my fasting diet. The over 7s in the morning were concerning me . Anyway I can report to you that I have changed my fasting now to lunch at 1.30pm and diner at 6.30-7pm rather than omad and after 72 hours of this new eating plan I was after a 10 hour fast I can report a 7.30am fasting blood sugar of 5.9.</blockquote>
