I have also recently been diagnosed with nocturnal epilepsy along with being type 1, the tablets that I take for the epilepsy make me very tired which is why I take the supplements as they help to boost my energy levels but I also find going to the gym does this as well so I go there at least 3 times a week.Lucy</blockquote>
