If you were compelled to eat 80g of carb a day ...

Carbs from fruit and vegetables would take priority over anything else.

That's what I thought.

So given that salad and lower carb vegetable is almost compulsory anyway, it seems that the next thing must be fruit.
 
I aviod most fruit - but nuts have some carbs in. Maybe try some of the higher carb nuts? (Peanuts, cashews, etc...)
