Funny that,I won £50 on the premium bonds this morning!!First time I've ever had anything from them.Must be a lucky day .

And I got a free Sweet magazine, with a copy of AW Thompson's book reduced sugar book "The sweet life" 'cos they published my letter.

Christmas cake - 105 g carb per serving :!:
No caveat "Don't try this at home" like they add after the success stories.
