I'm always cold. But I'm recovering from a blood cancer. I have to ask Mrs Nuthead if it's hot or cold in the room. I also need to use hand warmers. And wheat bags over my feet. Heating bill going into orbit.Since going low carb and losing a lot of weight.
The winter has well and truly arrived.
I've worked outside for a number of years and have never felt the cold even when it's freezing.
I'm feeling it now even the thermals aren't working!
Has anyone noticed this?
And no I'm not a southern softie!

I think, if you low carb and don't replace the calories, you are going to be cold as the body shuts down extremities. to keep your organs warm, using the reduced fuel load.
@Nuthead, I don't know if this applies to you or if the cancer is affecting your metabolism, but I hope you feel better soon
