And 4 hours later it reads 276! So I'm in this dilemma of reading high numbers and eating healthy but when it's time to eat I still get these high readings! Sometimes discourge me from eating but I will have something because that's not healthy either! Any tips will be appreciated....Thanks in advance by the way I don't smoke or drink at all!</p></blockquote><p></p>
