I'm struggling and feeling alone.

Oh and labour is a little different fr us. Happy to explain if you wish. Not sure if there is a way to chat privately?x

Dear Amanda, I'm a type two and I can only imagine the challenges and struggle that you're having with the responsibility family as well. And I too wish you the very best of luck. I have a friend right now who is a type two and is really struggling, in despair about making such major changes in her life, and feels profound low self-esteem when she falls off the wagon. She knows that the stakes are very high, and I think it overwhelms her. I'm going to try to get her to read this thread.I found it so encouraging, and I hope you did too.I think your advantage and mine, is the support given by the marvellous people of this forum with their intelligent generosity of sharing their lives and extending kindness to strangers. It gives me great hope to read of their struggles and successes, and I hope it does for you too. Fight the good fight!

Hey @AmandaJ123 ,

Only just seen this thread as I have been away on my hols.
I'm also in Cambridgeshire (work in Cambridge itself life up near March) so feel free to PM me if you want a chat with someone else with D.

Failing that I can highly recommend hopping on the train and heading down to London for one of the meetups that Ewelina or Bri arrange.
