Yes I've been through it already. It's the same process as not being pregnant but your parameters for blood control are much stricter. Your bloods shouldn't go above 8 while pregnant.
My HbA1c was 7.4 in March - not good! Trying to lower it ready for baby no 2 but because I'm honeymooning my sugars are all over the place! Some days good, some days bad and there's no predictability to it. Very frustrating.

your 2nd you say, so you have been through it and done it all once already? How is your HbA1c at the moment? As you saw mine went up
really really trying with the sugars now to make the next one below 7%!
