I'm taking myself to hospital

If you eat something but it goes too low again later, you may need to eat some more long acting carbs to keep it from dropping again.
I have orange juice and then honey toast (bread with honey once I'm above 5). If I don't get above 5 I simply panic :)
 
I should add that if my libre says I'm in the 4's I generally do a finger prick to confirm. That libre graph I posted is pretty much spot on compared to countour next
