Improved candy?

When I first read this blog post from Bill Gates, I looked twice to make sure it wasn't April 1

A serving of Unreal™ candy contains an average of 45 percent less sugar, 13 percent less fat, 23 percent fewer calories, 149 percent more protein and 250 percent more fiber. Impressively, all products are low GI (Glycemic Index).

Good idea, bad idea. I've very mixed feelings.

Well the article doesn't give much away on what the full list of ingredients are for the Unreal Candy, however less sugar, fat and calories and more fibre can only be an improvement on the regular Candy bars.

Yes, I'd like to see a full list of ingredients to see what's added, and of course the proof of the pudding....
I'll definitely put it in the "One to Watch" category though.
