Inclisiran - a new cholesterol drug

Does anyone have experience with a new cholesterol-lowering drug called Inclisiran? I was told it had less side-effects than statins. The trouble is, each injection lasts 6 months, so if you have side-effects you can't just stop taking it as you would with a daily tablet.
