It might be worth asking your GP if there is a Continence Assessment Service in your local area - your GP could refer you, and sometimes you can refer yourself. It's worth finding out.

I'd definitely go back to the GP though - continence issues are often easily treated, you just need to find out what is causing it and what the treatment will be.
