Increased Insulin Sensitivity with Flu Jag?

Last year when I received the flu vaccine I felt dizzy and almost hypoglycaemic, I wasn't scared or anxious about getting an injection
but my ICR went from AVG of 1.6 to 1.3 on the days subsequent to the injection, it happened the year before except the ratio drop was slightly less. Has this happened to anyone?
