Increasing blood sugar

I am a patient of diabetes since 2006 and now am 25 year old
I am taking triglycomet tabs for controlling blood sugar
If i go for a walk then my sugar level increases with blood pressure but before walk both are normsl
Pls tell me i ve type 1 or 2
N whats the reason of increasing sugar level with blood pressure.

The medication you are taking would indicate that you have Type 2 Diabetes. All exercise will cause an increase in blood pressure and, if you have not enough glucose in your system to support exercise then your liver will do a glucose dump and raise your blood sugar level. Have you discussed these issues with your doctor?
