Indian Takeaway

I have found a great takeaway meal that doesn’t increase my blood sugar, and is low in calories. It is a flame-cooked chicken kebab with salad, chilli sauce, 1 tortilla, and I love it. There’s enough to eat half on the day, and the rest the next day.
I think most of the carbs and calories will come from the tortilla, but it’s under 100gm. I buy this from my local Indian takeaway called pizza dial.
 
I was also happy to realize a few weeks ago that tortillas are pretty light, so not too hard to manage with insulin... :headphone:
