Infected injection site?

Any body ever had an infected injection site in their leg
I usually get the odd lump but this one is very pronounced sore to touch red and warm. I think it is but if I wentbthe doc is there anything they can do to help or is it just a matter of it getting better on its own.

Doctors NOW! The risk of an infection spreading could endanger your limb. It is probably nothing but do not take the risk.
