Hi.
Would chronic sinusitis or related catarrh (Infection) cause a higher hba1c result. My numbers have been going down for the last 3 visits over a twelve month period. Had this constant infection over the past six months, they have raised slightly 7.2 from 6.4. I have type 2. I wonder if others have come across this phenomenon ??.

hya,
any form of illness/infection can higher blood readings,i too suffer from bad sinusitus,have u seen a specialist? sometimes having them drained can help...
